An agricultural cooperative was created in July 2019 in the commune of SCAD-Loko in the prefecture of Lobaye in the Central African Republic (CAR). An initiative of Central African returnees, coming from the Republic of Congo and the Democratic Republic of Congo, with the support of the NGO Afrique Secours Assistance (ASA), partner of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).
